FIRST POST Start-Up Screen
16 Jul 2006 16:18 UTC - name: Jim Stone
I had to re-install FS2004. Now FS starts with the default flight, not the start-up screen. Thus I have lost important menu items such as activating new scenery. I have tried modifying FS9.cfg to SHOW_OPENING_SCREEN=1 but then FS will not open. I have gone through all the steps suggested by the MS site but no help. Any other change to the FS9.cfg I should try? Other suggestions? I really need the start-up screen so any help will be appreciated!
FIRST POST FS2004 Online?
15 Jul 2006 23:33 UTC - name: Eric
I've got FS2004 & I just got broadband access, so I'd like to play online. I went to an MSN site called 'The Zone' that was supposed to help me connect up with others playing online, but it says that they don't offer that 'CD-Rom Matchmaking Service' any longer. Is there another public place to do that or do I need to try to find someone else with a copy of the game, get their IP and try to hook up with them that way?
FIRST POST FS Crashes on clipboard
29 Jun 2006 21:17 UTC - name: Edgar Rodriguez
FS crashes when I try to scroll down on the clipboard. Also if I try to print the fightplan, the program crashes, so I can not print or try to see the flightplan on the clipboard. Any idea what is happening?

Maybe it happens because you're running FS in full screen and Windows cannot handle this. You could try to copy (CTRL+C) the flight plan and paste it in Word or another program, then print it.

Hi. When I try to print my navlog from the flightplanner in FS2004 the simulator turns down. Anyone else experienced the same problem? Suggestions how to find the bug?
Mats
