What do you need to start flying online ? |

First of all you need the (free) software that you can find on this page. Before you will start and log on the network, you of course need to have complete control over and experience in the airplane you are flying. You also need to have at least some basic knowledge about ATC terms and procedures. You will find enough information of the IVAO and VATSIM sites (see links), of course there are loads of other sites you can have a look at. A manual and a tutorial can be found on the online fliyng page. Of course the airtraffic controllers will be glad to help you getting used to everything and introduce you to the procedures. You have to invest and spend some time on it, but it's definitely worth it !! |
